Title: Effects of bilingualism in epilepsy: Exploring neuroplasticity and cognitive reserve
This talk will cover recent studies examining the effects of bilingualism on structural and functional changes in the brain in people with temporal lobe epilepsy. Challenges related to bilingual assessment and future directions will also be discussed.

Title: "The development of a neuropsychological tool for Spanish-speaking children in the U.S."
A discussion regarding the development of a new neuropsychological tool in Spanish and for children. Important considerations when developing a measure intended to assess a culturally rich and linguistically diverse group will also be presented.
